Great place, well located. Beds are comfy and room was small, but clean. Service is great and staff are all friendly. Pool/spa on site is warm and covered in case of rain. Tennis courts are a plus for those interested. Restaurant on property (just outside lobby) is a must visit.
Excellent hotel!!! It's so clean. Beds are comfy. The pool n hot tub are awesome!! They have nice staff definitely recommended . You can also park your car there. Free voffe and concha at 7 pm. !!!! Can't wait to go back
Friendly and professional staff... the rooms are not new but it white glove clean. The hotel sits back away from the main street making it easier to sleep (hard enough being away from home) so keep that in mind when looking for a hotel. I would give it a 5 if the restaurant was within the hotel. The restaurant is 2 minutes located kiddy corner from the hotel from the main street.
We've stayed here two years in a row when visiting family in Durango, and I have to say, it has always been a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean, the AC always works, good water pressure and the pool is perfect for those hot days to cool off. To top it off, they go room to room in the afternoons offering coffee and conchas! This will definitely be our favorite spot to stay when visiting Durango
The hotel is located in an avenue of easy access from the hiway. Rooms are rather small but clean and functional. People at the hotel are polite and corteus.. They offer continental breakfast but you can upgrade to American for a rather small fee. We didn't use the pool but it looked enclosed on a clear wall. Overall we were pleased and likely we will book it again..
Breakfast is at the restaurant when you drive in but wasn't included as stated. We later found out if you book through the hotel breakfast was included. Now you know.
A nice facility operated by helpful and polite staffs. The front desk people are very accommodating. The rooms are clean and well attended to. It seems that they take security of their guests very seriously which is very positive. There is a high quality restaurant few minutes walk away from the hotel (on the premis).
Very nice hotel the price was not too bad room was adequate size and king size bed was comfortable. The coffee was horrible you would think in a country that grows coffee they would do a better job but it is what it is. We had a waiter for our first breakfast that was aloof distant and we walked out on a free breakfast we were convinced the to come back and the young lady that took care of us was absolutely a gem. The next four days the other waiter wasn't there I have a feeling he no longer works there. The pool is odd in that it is only about 4 and 1/2 ft deep has a waterfall but the water doesn't fall on you there's also a hot tub which isn't hot and doesn't have active Jets just odd. It is on a recommended list very secure parking area guarded 24 hours a day and breakfast basic is included with your stay.
